Onuā – A website for massage and therapy in Zürich-Altstetten

After the naming and branding, we carried the new identity over into a website that presents treatments, the team and vouchers in a calm, clear way. It has since become the practice’s digital front door: appointments are booked, rescheduled and managed right on the website.

Clear without feeling clinical

Massage and therapy depend on trust. Four focus areas help people find the right place to begin: therapy, sport, wellness and prevention. A wall of real reviews shows who the practice has been helping for more than twenty years, from neighbours to world champions, and the “About us” page tells the story of Ansel and Medina in chapters.

Booking in four steps

Duration, therapist, time, details: online booking shows free slots in real time, holds the chosen appointment for a short while and confirms it right away. In their personal account, patients see their appointments, reschedule or cancel them on their own and join the waiting list.

Vouchers, designed live

In the voucher builder, people giving a voucher choose the design, amount and message and watch the card change as they go. The voucher arrives by email as an elegant PDF, right away or on a day they choose.

Calm motion

An intro made of photos from the practice, gentle transitions shaped like the Onuā curves and a menu that glides smoothly even on an iPhone: every animation matches the pace of the practice. The website is bilingual, and an assistant answers questions right in the FAQ.
