Onuā – A practice app for booking, scheduling and billing

We built Onuā its own practice app to replace the old practice software. Online booking, calendar, patient records, billing and point of sale all fit together: the team works in one calm tool, and patients book directly on the website.

The day at a glance

The calendar shows the whole team side by side, an overview of the week, or one therapist’s day with the month calendar and the open appointment right beside it. Filters and custom views get everyone quickly to what matters right now. Online bookings show up in the calendar straight away.

Records, notes and billing

Every patient has a record with contact details, insurance, treatment notes and all their appointments. After a treatment, billing takes three steps: the services under Tarif 590, the payment, and the reimbursement receipt for supplementary insurance.

Point of sale, vouchers and waiting list

Products and vouchers are sold right in the app and paid by card at the terminal, with TWINT or in cash. When a suitable slot frees up, the waiting list automatically lets the patients on it know by email and SMS. Reminders and confirmations go out on their own, too.

Migrated cleanly, run securely

The full patient history, with appointments, notes and invoices, was carried over from the old software. Access is separated by role, protected by two-factor sign-in and can be limited to approved devices.
