We at FSM Ventures GmbH / Fidelity Studio respect your privacy and only collect the data we need to provide and improve our services. This may include:

• Content you give us as part of an enquiry

We do not collect sensitive personal data (for example, health data).

We use your data only for the following purposes:

We integrate both services through Cloudflare Zaraz. The measurement data goes to Cloudflare first and is forwarded from there to Google and Meta. No scripts from Google or Meta are loaded in your browser for this. Cloudflare sets its own cookies on our website for this purpose and processes the data on our behalf.

Our non-essential tracking technologies are enabled by default.

Opt out of cookies: You can disable Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel at any time using the “Opt out of cookies” link in our website’s footer, and re-enable them later with “Allow cookies”. This does not affect the website’s essential security and functional features.

You have all the rights granted under Swiss law (FADP). These include:

Depending on the context, we process your data to handle your enquiries, to fulfil our contracts, to improve our website and, where separately required, on the basis of your consent.
