## Values

- **We’re all in the same boat:** You know some things, we know some things. Together, we know a lot of things. We’re at our strongest when we don’t see ourselves as client and studio, but as one big, colourful team.
- **Be direct:** We believe the best work happens when everyone can talk about anything, at any time. When people can truly be themselves.
- **Figure it out:** We’re not afraid of the unknown. Life is change, and we adapt. That’s how we grow. We say “Yes, we can”, even when we don’t yet know exactly how we’ll do it.
- **Fancy a little extra?:** “A little extra” is how we define service: not just delivering what’s expected, but going further. More joy, more quality, more impact. The extra nobody asks for, but everyone loves.
- **True to our name:** Our name is a promise. We keep our word, reply quickly and deliver what we say we will. And we stay true to the details nobody sees: alt text, clean code, an animation we spend two hours polishing. You can’t see them, but you can feel them.
- **A little kinder than necessary:** Mistakes happen, people have bad days, things get complicated. That’s exactly when we show who we really are. A little more kindness, to others and to ourselves, turns difficult moments into human ones.
- **Life is short, enjoy it:** Life is short and kind of ridiculous. We’ll all be dead soon, so we might as well enjoy it while it lasts. We’re silly in a good way. Foolish in an even better way. We’re here, we’re alive, and it’s great.
